Unexpected charm near the beach
The staff was friendly. They treated us like family during our five-night stay. The location was perfect, just a short stroll from the beach and great restaurants.
We did have to borrow a hairdryer from reception, a minor inconvenience in an otherwise fantastic experience.

It was my fifth time in this lovely little family run hotel in the middle of the city. Very good location just round the corner of the lively Plaza de la Constitution, and the lovely beach at the other end of the street. Lots of restaurants and cafes in the area.

Our kids loved running to the beach, only a short stroll away. The family atmosphere. We were kinda surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of our family room.
For dads, it would be great to have more toys in the common areas.

The best place to stay when in Fuengirola. The hotel is ideal and fairly clean, nestled in a very pleasant building with lovely view over the mountains. It has incredible, perfect setting, near to the centre of town very near the bus and train station, and the beach, square, shops and numerous bars and restaurants...

Such wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean. Hostal Italia is in a great location, so close to the beach, shops, bars & restaurants.
The hostal depending on which room you are allocated can be quite noisy at night time, it would appear to have a few nightclubs on the road outside the hostal and we were there during a big spanish football night and the noise went on till 5.00 a.m. in the morning! Not for people looking for peace & quite!
